Caribbean: online application and grant administration

The production system grown from the wireframe the working group reviewed on 6 August. Everything regional (currency, localities, trusts, thresholds, benchmarks) is configuration, not code.

Design note. Thresholds shown are policy settings: Level I up to $500, Level II up to $1,000, Level III above. A Regional Policy Manager can change them in Configuration with an audit entry, no software change.

Applies through a secure link issued by their Locality Care Contact, or sits with the LCC who enters the application with them. Both paths are live.

An applicant link is issued from the LCC workspace. There is no public application form.

LCC / ATL / Administration / Core Team

Locality queue with the conflict-of-interest gate, LAF recommendation, ATL assessment, Administration verification, trust routing, TARP preparation and Core Team readiness review.

Data residency

Data pod: us-east-1 (interim; placement with counsel) (interim assignment; this region's own pod is staged in the provisioning script and switches on when legal confirmations land).
