One family’s application, handled well, anywhere

A family in need applies once. Their locality reviews with care, administration routes to the right trust, an ATL adds context, the Core Team confirms readiness, the Board decides, and the record archives itself. The same journey, in every region, in the local currency and under the local rules.

Choose a region

Currency, localities, trusts, thresholds and the means-test methodology follow the region; applicant data stays in the region’s own data pod.

Design note. The region selector is the “global application” capability agreed on the 6 August call: one product, with everything regional held as configuration a Regional Policy Manager can change, no code changes. The UK pod and the North America pod run on separate regional databases tonight; the remaining pods stand up from the same configuration as each region’s data lands.

Staff sign in

Each region has its own sign-in (its own user pool, in its own data pod). Choose yours:

Applicants do not sign in here: they apply through a secure personal link from their locality care coordinator, or together with the coordinator in a meeting.
